TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients:

1. 6 small sized tomatoes

2. 2 ½ Tbsps of pure raw honey

3. 2 tsps of onion powder

4. ½ a tsp of oregano (dried)

5. 1/3 of a cup of rice bran oil

6. ¼ cup of lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

7. 1 ¼ tsps of sea salt (or to taste)

8. ¼ tsp of garlic powder

9. 1 cup of raw cashews

10. 2 ½ cups of tomato paste

Directions:

Step 1

Cut tomatoes into smaller pieces. Measure approximately 3 cups of tomatoes. Juice lemon for required recipe quantity.

Step 2

Blend thoroughly all the ingredients of this recipe in a blender (go to Products page) until the texture is smooth & creamy.

Note: Keeps fresh for 4 days in the refrigerator.
